Frequently Asked Questions
Did you know that astrology intersects with mathematics, philosophy and astronomy?
This ancient practice has guided civilisations for over 2000 years, yet it may be new territory for you. Here are the questions I'm most frequently asked by people considering an astrology consultation.
-
I'm located in Australia, but all sessions are held online via Google Meet (or phone, if you prefer), so you can book from anywhere in the world. I work with clients across many time zones, so just choose a time that suits you when booking. When you book, the time reflected will be in your own time zone.

Come with an open mind and any specific questions you'd like to explore. You don't need any prior knowledge of astrology, I'll explain everything in clear, accessible terms. Some clients find it helpful to reflect on key life patterns or current questions beforehand, but this isn't required.
-
Ideally, yes. Your exact birth time is essential for an accurate birth chart for you. It also ensures that any timing predictions are specific and accurate. If your exact time isn't available from a family member or your hospital records, we can work with with what you have.

Traditional astrology is a practical tool, built on thousands of years of empirical data, not mystical fortune-telling or psychic prediction. Rather than predicting specific events, I'll identify when significant cycles will activate in your life and what themes they're likely to bring. This approach empowers you to work consciously with that timing, rather than feeling bound by it.
-
I understand that life happens. You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 48 hours before our appointment without any charge, using your booking confirmation link emailed to you.
-
Yes, completely. I follow the ISAR Code of Ethics, ensuring our work together meets the highest professional standards for conduct, confidentiality, and integrity.

There are some areas I don’t work with in astrology, including predicting death, chronic or life-threatening health conditions, or specific medical outcomes. For example, I won’t use your chart to predict whether you will develop a particular illness because a family member has been diagnosed with it.
I also won’t read the charts of other people in your life - including partners, children, family members or friends during our session. If a relationship is the focus of your consultation, we can explore your own chart and what it reveals about your experiences, patterns and timing within that relationship.
Astrology can offer valuable perspective, but it isn’t a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or professional support. My approach is to use astrology as a tool for self-understanding, reflection and navigating the timing of your own life.

I'm a traditional astrologer and use the whole sign house system and the tropical zodiac. My approach incorporates the Ptolemaic aspects and traditional rulership, with a primary focus on the seven traditional planets. I do not use the Placidus house system or modern rulership.
-
My future timing work is centred around a mix of annual profections, solar returns, transits, eclipses, secondary progressions and zodiacal releasing.

Skepticism is welcome. Many clients begin with curiosity rather than conviction. The value of these sessions often lies in the meaningful insights and guidance rather than whether you "believe" in astrology. I focus on providing clear, specific information that you can verify through your own experience.
