Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership of Content

All content on this website — including text, images, guides, branding, logos, session descriptions, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Tremaine Kingi Astrology and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Digital products are for personal use only.

2. Booking & Payment

All astrology consultations require full payment at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Acuity Scheduling using Stripe or Google Pay.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

● You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

● Reschedule or cancellation requests within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment cannot be accommodated.

● No-shows are charged at the full session fee.

4. Digital Products

Digital guides and downloads are non-refundable once purchased or accessed and are for personal use only.

5. Session Delivery

Consultations are conducted online via Google Meet or by telephone unless otherwise arranged. Occasional in-person sessions may be offered around Australia.

6. Disclaimer

Astrology is for insight and education only, and is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy. You are responsible for your own choices and outcomes.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

All personal information is managed according to the Privacy Policy. Astrology software may securely store your birth details for chart interpretation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All astrology sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, all bookings are final.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Reschedule and cancellation requests within 48 hours of your appointment time cannot be accommodated.

If you do not attend your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply with no refund or credit.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable guides and PDFs, are non-refundable once purchased. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important, and your information is handled with care, respect, and transparency.

  • Session notes

  • Session recordings and transcripts (only with your consent)

  • Payment details (processed externally by Stripe or Google Pay)

Use of astrology software

To prepare your natal chart, your birth details may be securely stored within AstroGold software or Luna Software. These programs stores data locally on my device or within their encrypted cloud environments (if applicable). This information is used solely to support your consultation experience.

Storage of information

Client notes and consented recordings are stored securely in Google Drive. No manual or physical copies are kept.

Email marketing

Newsletter subscriptions are managed through MailerLite, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Data security

All reasonable steps are taken to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Access or updates

You may request access, updates, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
